Support for all Dillobits Software products is provided by email or via our web help desk. First check our frequently asked question page (FAQ) as you might find your solution there.
When requesting support, please include:
- The product name and version number. Example: InSync, Version 11.2.15
- Your operating system and any service packs. Example: Windows Vista Home Edition (64-bit), service pack 1
- Your order number, if applicable
- Whether you can reproduce the problem, and if so, the steps needed to reproduce it
- A detailed description of the problem
Please include as much information as you can, so that we might resolve your problem as quickly as possible.
Customers receive priority support - order number needed to verify customer status. Support for unregistered users provided as time allows. Please note that rapid technological change only allows us to actively support the current and previous major versions of our products.
