If you don't receive your registration key

If you don't receive your registration key within 2 hours, please contact us and be sure to provide alternate contact information, such as another email address and a phone or fax number. Sometimes internet service providers will mark our emails as spam, and while we are responding to your emails, you aren't receiving them. If you do not hear back from us after 1 business day, please be sure to provide us with alternative contact information.

Backup your registration info and installation file

We only offer current software versions for download, and we keep a record of issued registration keys for a period of two years from time of purchase. Lost keys can't be replaced beyond that period.
