4UOnly is a FREE password keeper software that makes password security painless.
With this password vault, you can easily and simply keep all your user names, passwords, website addresses, and notes
at your fingertips.
4UOnly is simple AND secure. For security purposes, your password information is stored in an encrypted file.
In order to access the password information, a person either needs their 4UOnly master password, or simply to be signed into Windows
using their Windows login.
So you don't need to enter a master password every time you access the software - unless you want to, of course (see below). If you like, you can set it so your
4UOnly master password is always required.
Extra features are included.
4UOnly can generate random passwords, using a variety of settings. You can have passwords that expire after a certain amount of time.
You can easily copy user names and passwords to the clipboard to copy-paste into webpages, and then you can
clear the clipboard. You can either hide or show your passwords on the main password list window.
You can enter notes for each user name/password entry. You can launch login webpages with a click.
And much more!
IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THE 4UONLY MASTER PASSWORD
It is critical that you specify a password the first time you save a 4UOnly password file, and that you remember it!
While 4UOnly can access your password file because of your Windows login, you should know that when a
Windows user account it is created, it is assigned a unique secret security fingerprint.
That fingerprint will never be the same again, even if the account is recreated with the same userid.
4UOnly needs this fingerprint to decrypt your password file. If that fails, it will resort to using the password you provided.
